Returns Policy
The information here provided refers to the return of products purchased at the Castelbel online shop.
There are two different types of returns related to product quality (faulty product):
- Returns related to an order that was wrong or
- An order that has arrived damaged
In both cases, you can return the relevant product to our store:
A) The return is initiated within 14 working days from the date of purchase (must maintain the original condition)
B) A return can be initiated at our store or online by getting in touch with the customer service team +852 6388 4398 or hello@castelbel.hk
C) Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of items believed to have been used.
D) The returned item must be properly packaged and returned to the designated address. No refund/replacement will be given if there is a manual damage in any way.
E) Personal use products like soaps, cosmetics, body creams and lotions are not returnable under any circumstances
F) Return / replacement value will exclude discounts and shipping charges if any
