1. Orders & Shipping
How quickly will my order be shipped?
All orders are packed and dispatched within the next working day after payment confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Hong Kong is handled by SF Express and usually takes 1–2 working days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on all orders over HK$ 400. Orders below this amount incur a small delivery fee.
2. Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure online payments via Stripe for credit and debit cards.
If you prefer to pay by FPS or PayMe, simply contact us on WhatsApp (+852 6388 4398) and we’ll send you a QR code for payment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions through Stripe are SSL-encrypted and fully secure to protect your personal and payment information.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
(Please note: opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.)
4. Products & Ingredients
Are Castelbel products made in Portugal?
Yes — all Castelbel and Portus Cale products are proudly made and hand-wrapped in Portugal, blending premium fragrances with traditional craftsmanship.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
Do your soaps contain parabens or SLS?
Our soaps are free from parabens, SLS, and mineral oils, making them gentle on the skin and environmentally friendly.

How can I get a discount?
Subscribe to our newsletter and enjoy 10 % off your next order. You’ll also receive updates on new collections and exclusive offers.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Our products already come beautifully presented and make perfect gifts as they are.
We do not provide free gift wrapping, but we are happy to include a complimentary gift card with your personal message in a special Castelbel envelope, added inside the packaging.
You can leave your message at checkout or send it to us via WhatsApp after placing your order.
